2024 ven­dors must pro­vide a Cer­tifi­cate of Lia­bil­i­ty Insur­ance com­plet­ed by their insur­ance provider.

As out­lined in the Terms and Con­di­tions for the 2024 Min­neso­ta Deer & Turkey Clas­sic:

Pri­or to move-in, exhibitor must pro­vide a cer­tifi­cate of insur­ance nam­ing ODN SHOWS LLC as addi­tion­al insured. The sam­ple below can be sent to your agent and they will be able to draft the appro­pri­ate doc­u­men­ta­tion based on the infor­ma­tion included.

*** If you do not have this cov­er­age in place, you can obtain the cov­er­age spe­cif­ic to the 2024 Min­neso­ta Deer & Turkey Clas­sic as part of a group pur­chas­ing oppor­tu­ni­ty. This option is avail­able as a cour­tesy to ven­dors up to sev­en days pri­or to the start of the 2024 event, so don’t delay!

Sim­ply com­plete a short ques­tion­naire at the link below, and you will obtain this cov­er­age for $77.00 plus tax. Note that this pol­i­cy is a sep­a­rate trans­ac­tion from your con­tract with ODN Shows LLC for booth space, and access to the pur­chase link is sim­ply pro­vid­ed as a cour­tesy. You are required to pro­vide a copy of the final cer­ti­fi­ca­tion from this trans­ac­tion to ODN SHOWS LLC.

Please note that cer­tain cat­e­gories are exclud­ed for cov­er­age eli­gi­bil­i­ty through this stand­alone event-spe­cif­ic pol­i­cy. There is a check­list on the link below. If you check any of those busi­ness types, your busi­ness does not qual­i­fy for the pol­i­cy and you must secure your insur­ance through an alter­nate source.
